Pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve belongs to long-life and high-quality butterfly valves, designed using the three-dimensional eccentric principle
It is mainly composed of flange or clamp type hard sealed butterfly valves connected to pneumatic actuators,The valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of metal materials or stainless steel with different hardness, which have the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, etc. The pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve adopts a multi-level structure that is compatible with both hard and soft seals, ensuring excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperature conditions. The disc and seat of the valve have almost no friction during opening and closing, greatly improving the service life of the butterfly valve. Pneumatic hard sealed butterfly valves are widely used in pipelines for power, oil, steam, air, sewage and other media, and are the best device for switch control or flow regulation.

Performance characteristics of pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve:
1. Adopting the three eccentric principle structure, the valve seat and disc plate have almost no friction during opening and closing, which improves the service life.
2. Unique structure, flexible operation, labor-saving, convenient, not affected by high or low medium pressure, reliable sealing performance.
3. It can be divided into pneumatic clamp type hard seal butterfly valves and pneumatic flange hard seal butterfly valves, which meet different connection methods and are easy to install in pipelines.
3. Sealing is composed of stacked soft and hard metal sheets, which have the dual advantages of metal sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing characteristics at both low and high temperatures.
5. The butterfly valve is equipped with a sealing adjustment device. If the sealing performance decreases after long-term use, the disc sealing ring can be adjusted to move closer to the valve seat to restore the original sealing performance, greatly improving the service life.

Advantages and disadvantages of pneumatic hard seal butterfly valves and pneumatic soft seal butterfly valves:

Hard sealed butterfly valves have a long service life, but their sealing performance is relatively poor compared to soft seals.
The advantage of soft sealed butterfly valves is good sealing performance, but the disadvantages are easy aging, wear, and short service life.
Soft sealed butterfly valves are mostly suitable for opening, closing, and regulating pipelines containing corrosive substances at room temperature, while hard sealed butterfly valves are mostly used for heating, gas supply, gas, oil, acid and alkali environments.
